Working together on social and organizational challenges
90% of our time is spent working on your biggest challenges. Here, we go through the 5 steps explained in the approach to come up with refreshing solutions for adult issues. The duration is 6-12 weeks. We always involve several and different upper primary school classes from the local area. When desired, we sometimes combine this with other groups such as students, seniors, or young adults with Down Syndrome. Combinations with a train-the-trainer approach are negotiable and require commitment for multiple challenges.
Inspiration sessions for colleagues and events
The remaining 10% of the time, we are happy to provide inspiration sessions, TEDx-style talks, and workshops such as “thinking like a child”. During these sessions, we take participants along in the most wonderful concepts based on children’s ideas to inspire your own challenges.
