WHO ARE WE?

We are a professional consulting firm that helps organizations with refreshing solutions for complex social and organizational issues. Starting point are the top 5 issues at hand. Whether it’s “learning within a multinational,” “product development & innovation,” “poverty and social cohesion,” or “(internal) organizational development,” our team is equipped to handle any challenge. No matter how complex!

Our approach is not only effective but also unique. To help our clients, we utilize the unbiased creative thinking power of children, and in doing so, we teach problem-solving skills to as many children as possible. This creates movement and impact within organizations, encourages them to view things differently and make them more acceptable to change, offers innovative solutions, facilitates participation, and enriches the skills of many children in an exiting fun way.

ConsultingKids HQ is located in the Netherlands and we have a strong team of 10 creative professionals and 25+ associated management consultants. Each with their own unique background. We have worked on over 100 complex problems in collaboration with clients from both the public and private sector in the past eight years. We worked together with organizations and children from six different countries, resulting in the development of over 2,000 impactful refreshing solutions, and teaching problem-solving skills to more than 10,000 children.

WHAT IS OUR DREAM?

Our dream is to help organizations and society worldwide with their most important challenges (no matter how complex!) by utilizing the unbiased creative thinking power of children, while at the same time strengthening children’s problem-solving skills. Within this dream, our next step is Western Europe.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are currently initiating an exploratory phase to identify the ideal local partners with whom we can garner experience across Western Europe, Asia, North America, and the Middle East. This will be achieved through a series of pilot projects aimed at establishing long-term collaboration. We have a ready-to-implement process for this and are in search of exciting and fitting partners for our brand.

Our ideal teams possess the following attributes:

• An informal culture that welcomes diverse thought processes and methods of operation.
• A robust business acumen focused on client assistance while concurrently considering societal impact.
• A solid local network within both the governmental and private sectors to secure access to potential clients.
• Intelligent, well-educated, and enjoyable individuals to collaborate with.
• A commitment to pragmatically expanding into a small-sized organization of 5 to 10 individuals, offering considerable autonomy in the setup (freelance, payroll, etc.)

Each team is responsible for their own ConsultingKids hub, designated for a specific region centered around major different cities. For Scandinavia we are aiming at hubs oriented around Stockholm, Gotenborg, Oslo, Kopenhagen and Helsinki.

We have pinpointed the following roles:

1. Business Development: Oversees the growth of ConsultingKids and generates business.
2. Consultant: Grasps the diverse inquiries of customers and aids in resolving them (through the ConsultingKids methodology).
3. Facilitator PLUS: Conducts classroom sessions, remains alert to additional inquiries from customers/opportunities, and identifies solutions that engage the customer.

These roles can be filled by a single individual or by multiple people. At ConsultingKids, we are seeking individuals who are entrepreneurial in spirit to join us in establishing a dedicated ConsultingKids hub. This initiative begins with a focus on Business Development and the ambition and expertise to organize further local growth in a manner that suits you.
